NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Section 3 of Chapter 669 of the Acts of 1983, as amended (Nantucket Islands Land Bank Act – the “Act”), the Nantucket Islands Land Bank Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at 4:00 p.m. in the Conference Room at 22 Broad Street, Nantucket, Massachusetts, for the purpose of receiving public comment on proposed amendments to incorporate into the Rules and Regulations of the Nantucket Islands Land Bank Commission (the “Regs”) by adding Section 4.16(15), criteria to allow partial release of an M Exemption lien when the original parcel is divided to create an O Exemption unit (available as affordable housing).
