Nantucket Land Bank Properties Marker

In response to COVID-19 (SARS CoV-2), Nantucket Town and County offices are closed to the public until Monday, April 6, 2020. Please check back for updates as the situation evolves.

Please be advised the Discovery Playground on Old South Road and Codfish Park Playground in Sconset are closed until further notice.

Currently all other Land Bank trails, parks and beaches are open to the public, but please practice social distancing as recommended by the CDC.

Effective Wednesday March 25th, the Nantucket Land Bank will be accepting transfers for recording by mail (USPS, FedEx and UPS) and drop off.  Drop offs must be placed in the Land Bank mailbox on the left door by the entrance between 9am and 11am only as this is not a lockbox. All documents should be contained in an envelope. There will be NO IN PERSON EXCHANGE OF DOCUMENTS.  The Land Bank office will remain closed to the public. We will only be accepting documents related to the deed. Any other documents will be mailed back without being processed by the registry.
