South Shore Loop

The South Shore Loop is an 81-acre property, featuring a diverse ecological landscape which contains dunes, sandplain grasslands, coastal heathlands and shrublands with areas of pitch pine canopy. This property provides excellent harrier habitat, and visitors can often see them hunting in the grasslands. From the South Shore Loop, there is access to Miacomet Pond, Miacomet Beach, and Smooth Hummocks beyond.
